Lotus Concept
This roadster concept, executed scale of 1 to 5 was created by British manufacturer Lotus, in collaboration with those from Hot Wheels. The model was built specifically for the 40 th anniversary Hot Wheels and at the same time trying to show us something of the future design philosophy of Lotus. Now, honestly, Lotus is no longer than a true competitor in the market and the company’s sports carsĀ would not break an infusion of fresh blood, so if they wish to remain among those counts.
The design, working in the present and future Lotus models, tried to create an aerodynamic roadster to breathe “Lotus”. We have distinctive features of Lotus as the front (Elise type headlamps, radiator mask), wings very pronounced and graphics on board. There have been considered performance of any car racing and the concept has large air intakes and a eleron back considerably in size, which aims to raise pressing on the rear and thus improve the stability and accesibility.
